Composites Specialist I

Job Functions:

Composites Specialists are responsible for: Applying dry bulk fiberglass and core for hulls and decks. Perform startup procedures in preparation for lamination which involves: Mold prep, locate materials and kits. Work with various resins, epoxies, and fiberglass materials, and structural adhesives. Installation of all flow media, vacuum lines, feed lines, and bagging material. The composites team member works with a crew to epoxy-infuse the deck, hull and hardtop. Teamwork is a large factor in the success of this process. Attention to detail is a must. Quality standards, and safety and proper process control are the responsibilities of each member of the team. Follow the team leader's directions in coordinating people and work. Perform startup and shutdown tasks quickly. Follow all procedures that are in place. Always follow all safety guidelines.

HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm
