Job Description

We are looking for a Computer and Information Systems Manager to manage and support all IT systems and technology operations of companies.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, cybersecurity, and business applications to ensure smooth and secure daily operations. The role also includes leading IT improvements, system upgrades, and digital projects to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage company computer systems, servers, cloud systems, and networks

• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily IT operations

• Manage IT assets such as laptops, mobile devices, and software licences

• Ensure proper system backups and data protection

• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data

• Monitor and resolve IT security issues and risks

• Ensure compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements

• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans

• Support and improve finance, trading, inventory, and operational systems

• Provide training and support to users when required

• Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers

• Manage IT purchases, licences, and budgeting

• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

• Ensure proper user access control and system management across all entities

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Relevant IT experience

• Good knowledge of computer systems, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity

• Experience with cloud systems is preferred

• Experience in maritime, trading, or logistics industries is a plus

• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
