Job Summary
Develop and implement IT policies and cybersecurity measures while providing technical support for digital platforms. Manage network performance, hardware, software, and data security to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT policies, digital and social media platform procedures, and cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational assets
- Provide technical support for the organization’s website, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms to ensure seamless digital operations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system issues to maintain maximum system availability and reliability
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and management of hardware, software, databases, and cloud-based services to support business functions
- Maintain and securely manage confidential employee and vehicle-related digital documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency, digital engagement, and overall business performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles involving networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, database management, website administration, or digital platforms
