Job Summary

This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: The Computer Support Technician I is the second in a multi-level career path for generalist technical support to personal computer workstations. At second level incumbents are expected to respond to inquiries and assist personal computer users with routine instruction and troubleshooting of common software and input/output problems. This job reports to Director of Information Network Services
