Job Summary
Manage and maintain the store inventory system and IT infrastructure to ensure operational accuracy and security. Provide technical support for end-users and events, troubleshoot POS and IT issues, and contribute to company projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Update and manage the store inventory system to maintain accurate and current information
- Provide timely day-to-day technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operations
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and hardware according to technical specifications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve POS and IT-related problems to minimize downtime
- Advise and support onsite and offsite events with IT and technical requirements
- Ensure IT security for servers and computer systems to protect company data and infrastructure
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by the company
