Computer Systems Analyst

Analyzes and improves computer systems, processes, and procedures; troubleshoots issues and implements solutions with IT teams.
We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Faisalabad.
As a Computer Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and functionality. You will work closely with our IT team to identify technical problems and provide solutions, as well as conduct research on new technologies and software to enhance our systems. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Work with the IT team to develop and implement solutions for technical issues
- Conduct research on new technologies and software to enhance computer systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and requirements for computer systems
- Develop detailed documentation of system specifications, user manuals, and operating procedures
- Provide training and support to end users on new or updated systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python is preferred
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Salary: 900$ per month.
Location: Faisalabad.
