Computer Systems Analyst (SharePoint Webmaster) / Bangkok #2026-135

LOCATION: Bangkok

SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 673,146 per annum

WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:

Under the immediate supervision of the Global Systems Operations (GSO) Division Chief, the incumbent designs and implements manages SharePoint site architecture, libraries, lists, workflows, and security features. The incumbent uses Active Directory to manage users and their permissions within the platform. The incumbent implements latest SharePoint updates, security patches, and best practices. Works closely with the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology for the latest approved software, hardware, and security patches. The incumbent provides technical support to users encountering SharePoint issues and troubleshoot problems. The incumbent uses video editing software to edit raw footage, add visual effects, transitions, closed captioning, and audio enhancements. The incumbent uses audio and video signal formats, transmission protocols, and signal processing to support. The incumbent implements security measures and user permissions to ensure data integrity and access control. Employee is expected to develop and implement machine learning models to automate data analysis and extract hidden patterns specifically for the section on supporting global financial applications. Employee needs Structured Query Language skills for querying relational databases. The incumbent should possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to design and implement effective Robotic Process Automation solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

(1) Education: A Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technology, information/Data Science, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems is required.

(2) Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in SharePoint designer, photo/video production, or date analytics is required.

(3) Language: (This may be tested.)

• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.

• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.

(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)

• SharePoint design and implementation.

• Gather, clean, preprocess, and manipulate data from various sources.

• Create clear and insightful visualizations, identify trends and insights.

• SharePoint administration, manage user permissions, troubleshoot issues.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and data visualizations.

(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)

• Knowledge of web design, SharePoint administration, graphic and video processing, Office applications, data analysis and visualization.

• Thorough knowledge of Information technology and trends.
