Computer Vision Engineer
The Emerging Systems Division focuses research and development on a broad spectrum of capabilities that are critical to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) defence systems. These include antenna design and electromagnetics, as well as next-wave technologies in the areas of lasers and advanced materials.

Computer Vision Engineer
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement computer vision algorithms for camera systems
- Develop and optimise software for real-time image processing
- Develop and train models for object detection. Apply compression techniques to optimise performance and efficiency
- Design and conduct experiments to test system performance using an in-house Hardware-in-the-loop facility
- Work with a multi-discipline team to integrate computer vision solutions into systems to evaluate its performance
- Degree/ Masters/ PhD in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Strong understanding of image processing / computer vision concept
- Experience with C++ and Python preferred
- Experience with use of computer vision libraries such as OpenCV preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
