Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Concierge Care Executive with a clinical background who can serve as a key point of contact for our patients. This role blends patient support, care coordination, and operational execution to ensure a seamless and reassuring healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new patients through the onboarding process with empathy and clarity
  

• Assist patients in uploading medical records, prescriptions, and required documents
  

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned patients
  

• Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and care plans
  

• Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations with sensitivity and urgency
  

• Track patient journeys and ensure no step is missed in the care process
  

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in CRM/EMR systems
  

• Support process improvements by sharing patient feedback and operational insights
