Concessions Attendant
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the Racing Snack Bar in accordance with operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and cash control policies and procedures.
- Prepares dishes up and serves food and beverage menu items offered at the snack bar according to established recipes and procedures.
- Requires knowledge, skills, and experience in accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.
- Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensures appearance of Snack Bar and work areas are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
- Notifies appropriate staff members when assistance is needed.
- Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
