Concierge Associate
OYESPA is an award-winning Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa and the premier wellness retreat serving Inver Grove Heights and the surrounding communities. As part of the Aveda network, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-performance, plant-powered hair, skin, body, and wellness services. We are seeking a Concierge Associate to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for every guest.

We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Concierge Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences and exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced salon and spa environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service consistent with OYESPA's guest experience standards
- Welcome guests, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries
- Support retail sales through personalized product recommendations
- Prepare beverages and refreshments for guests and team members
- Assist salon and spa leadership with daily operational tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the facility
- Assist with laundry, stocking, merchandising, retail displays, and treatment room preparation
- Adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age of 16 with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or salon/spa experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and basic administrative tasks
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for serving guests
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, or cosmetology industry preferred
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
