Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service to our VIP customers in the exclusive members-only 338 Club. Complete POS transactions; provide suggestions on firearms, ammunition and other products; and support our online booking system.

Responsibilities and Duties

Range Traffic Control (30%) The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range. This will include inbound phone calls and reservation coordination with the lanes; accurate accounting of the different forms of tender and ensuring customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.

Customer Service (40%) Support customers for general questions about the range, pricing, basic offerings of the business. Assist VIP clients with scheduling range time, conference room use, catering, etc.

Administration (30%) The incumbent will be responsible for regular ammunition counts of range ammunition, class signups, memberships, social media marketing and other duties as assigned.
