Concierge (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Concierge to lead our Concierge team and create exceptional, highly personalized experiences for our guests. As the face of the hotel and a trusted ambassador of both the property and destination, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Concierge team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.
• Curate bespoke and memorable experiences tailored to each guest's individual preferences.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, exclusive reservations, transportation and special requests.
• Leverage and continuously expand a network of luxury partners across London.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled with discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a seamless and personalized guest journey.
• Drive service excellence through training, mentorship and quality standards.

How can you succeed in this role

• Proven experience as a Head Concierge, Senior Concierge or in a leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of London, including luxury dining, arts, culture, entertainment, retail and exclusive lifestyle experiences.
• An established and well-developed network within London's luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
