About the RoleWe're looking for a warm, confident and organised Patient Experience Concierge to join our friendly team in Charlestown. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive and efficient experience from the moment they walk in. Whether it’s helping someone check in, navigating services like Skin2 Clinic or Evoca Women’s Health, or simply offering a friendly smile – your impact will be felt every day. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors, assist with QR code check-in and direct them appropriatelySupport reception with appointment bookings, scanning, basic admin and phone callsMaintain front-of-house cleanliness, stock brochures and materials, and monitor patient wait timesEncourage Google reviews and help educate patients about healthcare programs such as CDBS and CDMOpen and close the medical centre, ensuring a smooth start and end to each dayRelay patient feedback and assist the Practice Manager with any service or WHS concerns What We’re Looking ForYou’re a people person through and through – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You take pride in presentation, love helping others, and bring a calm, professional presence to everything you do.Experience in reception, hospitality, retail or a concierge-style roleMedical centre or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essentialExcellent communication skills and a confident, friendly mannerAbility to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressureBasic tech skills and a willingness to learn QR check-in and admin systemsUnderstanding of programs like CDM and CDBS (desirable)A team player mindset – ready to jump in and support colleagues when neededCertificate III or IV in Health Administration, First Aid and CPR certification (desirable) Why Join Us?At our Wyoming practice, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to accessible, high-quality healthcare.
