Summary
The Concierge at The Preserve at Spring Creek senior living community in Garland, TX provides high-level customer service to visitors and clients, answers and routes incoming calls, assists with social media, and supports the sales office as directed by the Executive Director. This part-time weekend role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to serving senior residents.
Frontier Senior Living is currently seeking an outstanding Concierge to join The Preserve at Spring Creek community located in Garland, TX .
We currently have the following Shifts and Schedules available for this position:
- Saturday and Sunday 7am - 3pm

The Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the community. Ability to provide compassionate customer service is required of the Concierge. Requires an understanding and commitment to the principals and values of the community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients.
- Assist with social media.
- Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate.
- Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director.
- Customer service contact for questions and concerns.
- Ensure clean and presentable office space at all times.
- Assist with all special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
