Concierge - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Concierge serves as a welcoming and helpful presence in our community, providing personalized assistance and support to residents and their families. This role involves greeting visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, logging deliveries, answering phones, taking messages for admin team, patrolling the exterior grounds, light housekeeping and assisting care team with resident needs. The Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the overall safety and flow of the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide information and support by serving as a knowledgeable resource for residents and visitors.
• Facilitate reception and security duties during the evening shift.
• Promote resident and staff safety.
• May assist in handling resident requests and resolving issues or escalate to other department members as needed.
• Assist with resident transfers and nightly care, housekeeping, security rounds and reception work.
