Previous Front Desk experience is necessary. This position includes light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system, General clerical responsibilities. Greeting and directing families and tours, Assist Department Mangers as needed. Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members. Build relationships with residents and their family members. Always ensure resident safety and confidentiality.
