Concierge

About the role

At the Hotel Servigroup Marina Playa 4*, we are looking for a concierge/security guard to join our team, who will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

What you'll do

• Taking responsibility for the surveillance and protection of the hotel: security cameras, hotel entrance, and employee areas.
• Monitoring and managing control at the main entrance, for both guests, employees, and suppliers.
• Providing support to the night reception team with guests

What we're looking for

• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience as a security assistant or residential concierge. Availability to work night shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Human profile: A resourceful, rigorous person with good manners, and the ability to work under pressure and/or in a team.

Nice to have

• Other languages are a plus.
• Residing in the province of the offered position will be valued.
