About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Officer to support operations at a prestigious luxury retail boutique in Singapore. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent grooming standards, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Provide wayfinding and concierge assistance.
• Manage visitor registration and access control procedures.
• Coordinate with boutique staff to facilitate customer appointments and VIP visits.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a professional presence within the boutique environment.
• Observe and report security or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
• Support daily operational requirements as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in concierge, customer service, hospitality, retail, or security services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with high-profile customers and guests.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
