MSS Security is seeking a Full Time Concierge Security Officer to join our team in Southbank.

The role involves a combination of security duties and customer service, including monitoring premises, controlling access and assisting guests.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent concierge and customer service to clients, visitors and staff.

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure a safe environment.

• Manage access control and security systems.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies as required, following security protocols.

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure that only authorised individuals have access to the premises.

• Conduct regular security checks, including inspecting security cameras, alarms and other monitoring equipment.

Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights.

• Valid Victorian Security licence.

• First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).

• Availability to work Monday to Friday 0800-1600.
