What it takes:
- Operate and monitor computerized concrete batching equipment to produce concrete according to customer specifications and mix designs.
- Schedule and coordinate concrete production to meet project and delivery requirements
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Assist with plant repairs, maintenance activities, and other operational duties as needed
- Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement
- Travel as needed
