Summary

Perform physical and mechanical testing of construction materials in the field and in-house, conduct routine equipment checks, and ensure NATA compliance, with full on-the-job training provided.

This is a full-time position, primarily involving physical and mechanical testing of construction materials. No prior experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

This role offers an entry point into the construction materials industry.

In your new role, you will:


• Perform field and in-house materials testing
• Carry out routine equipment checks
• Ensure compliance with NATA requirements
• Support the technical team

This role is ideal if you have:
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Good literacy and numeracy skills (written and verbal)
• Physical fitness
• A current Victorian driver’s licence
• Availability to work weekends and regular overtime
• A professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Cert III in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous)
