Job description:
Hutch Paving is currently seeking a working Concrete Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members.
- Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects.
- Ability to train employees.
- Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Working experience as Concrete Foreman
- Concrete finishing skills
- In-depth knowledge of concrete procedures
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good math skills
- Availability to work overtime and weekends.
