This hands-on role involves preparing and pouring concrete, setting up forms, smoothing surfaces, and assisting with various tasks on-site. We’re looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills in a collaborative environment. Prior experience in concrete or construction is a plus but not required—bring your dedication, and we’ll provide the training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing job sites and setting up forms
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete as directed
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness
- Work effectively with team members to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including some weekends, as needed
