Your New Role

  • Serve as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, TX, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout

  • Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously based on project size and complexity

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts

  • Coordinate field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors

  • Manage commercial concrete scopes, including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders

  • Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and project schedules on track

  • Conduct regular job site visits throughout the DFW area to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues

  • Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and protect project profitability

  • Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and required documentation

  • 2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects

  • Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or comparable commercial concrete scopes

  • Strong knowledge of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations

  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and other field personnel

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software

  • Bluebeam experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
