Concur Design/Build/Test Consultant
Overview
TSGi is seeking a Concur Design/Build/Test Consultant to support a large-scale federal travel and expense modernization initiative serving civilian government agencies. This role will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to design, configure, test, and support a complex Travel & Expense ecosystem centered on SAP Concur. The ideal candidate will bring strong Travel & Expense domain expertise, experience with enterprise integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable and effective solutions that support mission-critical operations.
Candidates local to Herndon, VA are preferred and will be expected to work onsite four (4) days per week. Fully remote candidates will also be considered; however, West Coast candidates will not be considered.
Per our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP Concur solutions within a Travel & Expense ecosystem.
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Coordinate integrations between Concur and finance, HR, reporting, travel, and payment systems.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases.
- Provide SAP Concur subject matter expertise to business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop requirements, design documentation, and implementation artifacts.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience within the Travel & Expense industry.
- Strong understanding of current Travel & Expense technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur configuration and support.
- Experience integrating travel and expense applications with finance, HR, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solution recommendations.
- Experience supporting testing, implementation, and release activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Concur APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Experience supporting SaaS-based Travel & Expense ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Duty of Care solutions, mid-office travel tools, and corporate card integrations.
- Experience supporting large federal or public sector programs.
Compensation:
- W2 Hourly rate starts at $77. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
