Condominium Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall facility management operations and ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.

  • Lead and supervise the in-house maintenance team in managing daily facilities maintenance activities and meeting contractual obligations.

  • Manage and coordinate preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works to ensure timely completion and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and maintain building systems and services to ensure operational readiness and compliance with statutory requirements, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Provide professional recommendations on M&E systems and building services to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

  • Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to monitor service quality, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements where required.

  • Oversee ongoing projects, including A&A works, and ensure works are carried out safely, effectively, and in accordance with approved requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BSMA), building codes, and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions to enhance building performance, safety, and service standards.

  • Perform other job-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 10 years’ experience in property management with a minimum of 5 years holding a managerial level with a bachelor’s degree.

  • Possess excellent technical, technology and communication skills, project management competence required.

  • Good knowledge of Building Strata Management Act (BSMA) will be an advantage

  • Good project management skills with experience in managing improvement works, A&A works, and building projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Good communication skills and ability to lead and coach other members of the team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

  • Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.

  • Singapore Citizens preferred.
