Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver packages and goods to customers on assigned routes
- Load, unload, and verify cargo to ensure accurate and complete deliveries
- Follow optimized delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers at every stop
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar driving role - at least TWO YEARS
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Familiarity with the Austin, TX area and surrounding routes is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
