Conference Services Manager (Events / Banquets / Hospitality) – Full-Time

Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Conference Services Manager and lead the planning and execution of group events, conferences, and banquets. • Serve as the primary point of contact for group and conference clients
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from booking through completion
• Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes
• Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, operations, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
• Upsell event enhancements including menus, themed events, activities, and additional services
• Maintain accurate event details in systems such as Amadeus, Versa, and Sales & Catering platforms
• Communicate event timelines and requirements to all stakeholders
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise
• Support revenue growth through client engagement and service excellence
