At Adecco Recruitment, we are currently looking for a Conference Support Officer to join a prestigious international organization in Lisbon and support the delivery of Lisbon Addictions 2027, one of the leading scientific and networking events in the addictions and public health field.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Support the planning and implementation of activities related to Lisbon Addictions 2027
Conduct analytical and research-based work related to conference projects and initiatives
Assist in the development and delivery of workshops, presentations, exhibitions and side events
Prepare briefing notes, reports and supporting documentation for key stakeholders and committees
Contribute to content-related and administrative activities across the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For:
University degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Pharmacology, Drug Studies, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the drug field, research projects, public health initiatives, or content-related programmes
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear outputs
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and project teams
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
