Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality control engineering function
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality control engineering projects
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to drive quality improvement and achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to quality control best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize quality control engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Lead and develop a highperforming quality control engineering team

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proven success in executive-level leadership and management.
• Exceptional knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing quality control systems and processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
