The Opportunity:
The Financial Systems Branch within the Provincial Comptroller’s Office is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Cloud financial applications, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

In this position, you will:

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements and recommend system solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Financials modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Collaborate with support providers to design, develop, and test system changes.
  • Consult with business experts and support integrations across Oracle modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Projects, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management.
  • Develop business requirements, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide Tier III help-desk support to financial system users.
  • Communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management systems.
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio Management, and related financial processes.
  • Business analysis, testing, and system configuration experience.
  • Knowledge of financial systems integration and support practices.
