We are looking for a Confirmed Functional Analyst to support a migration and modernisation project involving critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
- Organise and facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
- Gather, structure and analyse business requirements.
- Create clear functional documentation and deliverables for implementation teams.
- Ensure the implemented solution aligns with the agreed business requirements.
- Identify impacts across different departments and business areas.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project.
Required Skills
- Confirmed experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, Use Cases and User Stories.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in testing and solution validation.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and active listening skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management capabilities.
