CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR

REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP AND FORMATION

RELATES CLOSELY WITH: FORMATION + CARE TEAM, CENTRAL STAFF, CAMPUS STAFF

CLASSIFICATION: PART-TIME (25 HOURS A WEEK)

Pay Range: $32-40/HR

WestGate Church, a non-denominational, multi-congregational church situated in one of the most diverse and influential regions of the world—the Silicon Valley—is seeking an energetic and relational Connections Director to lead WestGate's Midsize and Meetup ministry environments. This part-time role (Sunday–Thursday) may require occasional work on Fridays, Saturdays, and evenings, providing leadership and coordination for Midsize and Meetup ministries that help people connect into community and take next steps in their discipleship journey.
