About the Position The Consentia Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with churches and ministry leaders while expanding the reach and adoption of Consentia programs such as SoulMates nationwide. This role combines relationship development, ministry partnership, sales, customer success, and marketing to help churches engage with Consentia offerings and experience lasting value through the program.

The Consentia Engagement Manager will serve as a primary point of connection for churches—from the initial introduction and presentation through implementation, follow-up, and continued partnership. This position will also help identify opportunities for regional growth and develop relationships that increase Life Action's influence and ministry impact.

Position Summary: The Consentia Engagement Manager will develop relationships with churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and facilitators to expand Consentia programs such as SoulMates adoption nationwide. This individual will cultivate new church partnerships, support existing partners, recruit and equip facilitators, and create a positive experience that encourages continued engagement and repeat events.

The ideal candidate is relational, ministry-minded, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations and developing partnerships. They should be able to communicate the vision and value of Consentia clearly while genuinely seeking to understand and serve the needs of each church.

Areas of Responsibility

Sales & Ministry Development

  • Identify, cultivate, and pursue new church partnerships.

  • Recruit churches to participate in Consentia programs and events.

  • Recruit and develop qualified facilitators.

  • Lead presentations and informational meetings for pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams.

  • Clearly communicate the vision, purpose, and value of this discipleship pathway.

  • Develop relationships with pastors, church leaders, and ministry influencers.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective church partners.

  • Follow up with prospective churches and guide them through the engagement process.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Consentia offerings into new churches, communities, and regions.

  • Develop strategic relationships that increase Life Action's regional influence.

  • Represent Life Action and Consentia at conferences, ministry gatherings, and other strategic events.

Church & Facilitator Engagement / Customer Success

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participating churches.

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with church partners.

  • Help churches successfully navigate the process from initial engagement through completion of a workshop.

  • Provide resources, communication, and support to churches and facilitators.

  • Help identify and resolve challenges that may affect the church experience.

  • Gather feedback from churches and facilitators to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop strategies that encourage churches to host additional or repeat events.

  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing church partners.

  • Help develop regional networks of churches and facilitators that can encourage continued SoulMates engagement.

  • Track church engagement and follow-up to ensure strong partnership and stewardship.

Marketing & Communication

  • Develop and participate in pastor and church leader webinars.

  • Assist with church-facing communications and follow-up campaigns.

  • Collect and organize testimonies, stories, and other content from participating churches.

  • Identify opportunities to share the impact of the three passions wisdom with prospective church partners.

  • Represent Consentia at conferences, ministry events, and other gatherings.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to develop effective church-facing materials.

  • Help identify trends, stories, and opportunities that can strengthen visibility and reach.

Relationship Development & Strategy

  • Develop a strong understanding of the needs and challenges facing churches and ministry leaders.

  • Build relationships that are authentic, service-oriented, and aligned with Life Action's ministry mission.

  • Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Help develop regional strategies for church and facilitator development.

  • Regularly communicate opportunities, challenges, and progress with leadership.

  • Collaborate with other Life Action teams to ensure a consistent and positive church experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of church relationships, contacts, follow-up, and engagement activity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Life Action Ministries.

  • Strong church ministry background or experience working directly with churches.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to confidently lead presentations and communicate with pastors and church leaders.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Comfortable initiating conversations, making connections, and pursuing new opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel for conferences, church visits, presentations, and other ministry opportunities.

Preferred

  • Experience in sales, ministry development, fundraising, or business development.

  • Experience working with pastors, church leadership teams, or ministry organizations.

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or partnership development.

  • Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or group discussions.

  • Experience using CRM or relationship-management software.

Success in This Role

Success in the Consentia Engagement Manager role will be measured not only by the number of new churches engaged, but also by the strength and longevity of those relationships.

Key indicators may include:

  • Growth in the number of churches/participants in Consentia pathways.

  • Growth in the number of active facilitators.

  • Successful development of new church and other strategic partnerships.

  • Increased repeat events and continued church engagement.

  • Expansion into new regions.

  • Strength and quality of church and facilitator relationships.

  • Positive feedback and satisfaction from participating churches.

  • Development of strong regional church and facilitator networks.

  • Consistent follow-up and stewardship of prospective and existing partners.

Work Expectations

This is a full-time position that will require a combination of remote work, virtual meetings, church and ministry partner communication, and periodic travel.

Travel may include church visits, conferences, ministry gatherings, presentations, facilitator development, and other opportunities to develop relationships and expand the Consentia offerings.

The Consentia Engagement Manager is expected to represent Life Action Ministries with professionalism, humility, and a genuine desire to serve churches and advance the ministry's mission.
