Consolidations Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sub-consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities.
- Consolidate financial statements, perform intercompany eliminations, and prepare reconciliations.
- Provide detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.
- Partner with executives, business leaders, and auditors to strengthen reporting and controls.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 8+ years experience in finance, focusing on consolidations and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation methodologies and reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)
- Proficient with Consolidation software
- Advanced Excel Skills
