Constituency Management Executive (1 year/East)
Summary
A one-year contract role in Singapore supporting a Community Club’s frontline operations, resident outreach, and administrative tasks for community and social services.
This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bedok
Duration: 1 year (August 2026 to August 2027)
Job Scope
-Support Constituency Office (CO) with ongoing outreach and engagement to residents, as well as upcoming outreach and engagement to seniors for the vaccination booster ops.
-Perform Community Club (CC) frontline counter duties.
-Provide support to CC operations related to COVID-19 social and community efforts and other essential services to residents.
-Provide administrative support
-Assist with facilities management.
-Assist staff as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
-Possess pleasant and positive personality, an aptitude for service work and able to work with people of different backgrounds.
-Prior experience in customer service would be advantageous.
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Sunday, 5 day week
- 9am to 6pm
- Once a week, 1pm to 10pm
OFF Days: 1 weekday and either weekend
Monthly Salary $2,760
