Construction and Works Project Manager

What we're looking for

Are you passionate about integral project management and do you want to leave your mark at a leading company? In Carrefour's Asset Management department, we are looking for a Construction and Works Project Manager with talent, strategic vision, and leadership capacity to improve and renovate our stores.
As a Construction and Works Project Manager, you will be the engine behind the materialization of our projects.

Your main challenges will be:

●Agilely plan and manage the execution phases to obtain all necessary licenses (urban planning, access, activities, and works) before public administrations.

●Ensure viability and success: Perform integral studies (urban planning, construction, commercial, and economic) working side by side with the Expansion, Management Control, and Operations Directorates to guarantee the success and profitability of each construction.

●Select, negotiate, and contract the best technical teams and external collaborators, ensuring maximum construction quality with the greatest economic efficiency.

●Supervise total control of the works, ensuring strict compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality. You will be responsible for economic monitoring and ensuring that each project reflects the company's new trends.

We would love to meet you if you have:

●A degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialty in Electricity.
●Solid command of AUTOCAD.
●Consolidated professional experience of at least 4 to 5 years in similar positions.

Extra points! We will very positively value if you bring specialized knowledge in Industrial Refrigeration.
