Construction Assistant Site Supervisor
Summary
On-site supervisor assists the Construction Supervisor with daily site operations, machinery use, timber/rebar work, and material mixing/pouring to ensure projects meet drawings and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Supervisor in managing Site matters to support smooth project execution, and General Project Manager.
- Operate construction machinery such as trench rammers, drills, and pneumatic hammers safely and effectively.
- Perform timber and rebar work at project sites, ensuring structural tasks are completed accurately
- Mix and pour construction materials including concrete, sand, and grout according to project requirements.
Job scope;
- Manage site activities, coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors to maintain workflow and deadlines
- Ensure all installations follow construction drawings and meet acceptable workmanship standards.
- Steel and Wooden, and also hacking, and etc realated in the site works.
Techincal Skils & Requirement:
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Apply basic engineering and construction principles to support quality and efficiency on site.
- Monitor material usage to reduce waste and contribute to cost savings
- Work under various conditions including outdoor environments, overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift changes, maintaining productivity under pressure
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs
- 3 years to 5 years in Construction Site will be Consider in the first piority.
