Construction Attorney

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of construction experience to join our Uniondale, Long Island office or our New York City office. Hybrid Schedule. EOE
Position requirements:

Experience drafting motions, handling discovery demands & court appearances a must.
Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements.
Trial level experience a plus.
NYC based construction experience preferred.

Compensation:

Annualized salary range: $165,000 - $250,000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law

Hybrid Hours - Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
