Concrete Technology Corporation is hiring experienced construction and concrete laborers to join our precast concrete manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Place and tie rebar and strand
• Assist with concrete forms and production
• Read basic construction drawings and measurements
• Use hand and power tools
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Verifiable construction or concrete experience
• Experience using construction hand and power tools
• Experience with layout and tape-measure work
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to self-start and manage personal responsibilities

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening, including marijuana
• Must join or maintain membership with LiUNA Local 252
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current resume clearly demonstrating your skills and experience

Schedule

This position does not have a set daily start time. Shifts vary based on production needs and may begin as early as 3:00 AM.

• Overtime and weekend work may be required
• Overtime is mandatory when needed to meet production demands
