CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT MANAGER

Techno CE Pte Ltd is a construction and civil engineering firm in Singapore. As we take on new projects, we are looking for a Construction Contract Manager to handle contracts, costs and claims across our sites, keeping projects on budget and contractually sound from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage construction contracts from award to final account

- Draft and negotiate contract terms, subcontracts and variation orders

- Handle claims, extensions of time and dispute resolution

- Keep project budgets, cash flow and payments on track

- Work with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve contractual issues

- Support tendering and bid preparation for new projects

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in construction contract management

- Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA/PSSCOC/FIDIC)

- Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills

- Organised and comfortable handling multiple projects at once
