CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT MANAGER

- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Prepare, review, maintain, and organize contracts, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and project documents.
- Monitor contract terms, project timelines, variations, claims, and payment matters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, quotations, and other contract-related documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and contractual matters.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, correspondence, project documentation, and commercial information.
- Assist project teams with tender documentation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement matters.
- Ensure documents and administrative processes are accurate and properly maintained.
- Perform other administrative and contract management duties as required.
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction industry experience.
Experience in contract administration and construction project management.
Knowledge of contracts, progress claims, variation orders, quotations, subcontractors and procurement.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Good knowledge of construction documentation and project procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good English communication and report-writing skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks.
- Strong organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Singapore construction/BCA experience is an advantage
