Role: Design Manager
Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Essentials: Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, 8+ years post-qualification experience, experience in design and detailing of mixed-use residential led schemes, previous developer/contractor experience
Location: Dublin
Salary: €80,000 - €90,000
Package: Car/ car allowance, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, travel scheme

Manage design and technical coordination across Dublin-based projects.

Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E and utilities information.

Liaise with site teams, project managers, consultants and subcontractors.

Manage technical queries and ensure timely resolution of design issues.

Oversee technical submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Maintain design, information and procurement tracking schedules.

Monitor design progress to ensure information is delivered in line with the programme.

Coordinate with utility providers and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
