Construction Engineer

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve site-driven changes.
• Prepare estimates, manage procurement, and monitor project expenses.
• Implement workplace safety programs in line with MOM and OSHA standards.
• Conduct inspections, enforce standards, and manage corrective actions.
• Provide engineering solutions for technical challenges like shoring, sequencing, or concrete logistics.
  
  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years in engineering role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
