Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve site-driven changes.
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Handle of technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule,
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years experience in construction projects in Singapore or overseas
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts ,specifications and local building regulations methods and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD ; basic project management software skills
