Construction Engineering Manager [SL]

Oversee engineering design coordination and technical management to support the successful delivery of construction projects.

Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents for compliance, coordination, and buildability.

Manage RFIs, technical submissions, design revisions, and approval processes for shop drawings and materials.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Lead engineering coordination meetings and monitor outstanding design matters against construction requirements.

Coordinate BIM activities to identify clashes and improve integration between different trades.

Advise site teams on construction methods, technical challenges, and practical engineering solutions.

Support procurement activities through technical reviews of subcontractor proposals, materials, and vendor submissions.

Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and project quality standards.

Coordinate inspections, quality documentation, as-built drawings, and project handover requirements.

Assess technical risks and implement appropriate mitigation and change control measures.

Guide engineering personnel and report technical progress, risks, and outstanding issues to project management.
