Construction Field Engineer

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Construction Field Engineer to support the successful completion of multifamily construction projects. In this role, you'll work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate project documentation, track construction progress, assist with subcontractor management, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Support on-site construction operations and project coordination.
• Receive and verify construction materials delivered to the job site.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
• Assist with project budgeting, contracts, billing, and forecasting.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Participate in safety meetings, project inspections, and punch list completion.
• Work with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams to keep projects moving forward.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety requirements, and project management principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, walk uneven terrain, and perform physical construction-related activities.
