Build More Than Projects—Build a Career You Can Be Proud Of.

Kreofsky Building Systems – Plainview, MN.

A Division of KBS Companies.

$28–$38/hour (based on experience).

Must be 18 years old.

We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman who leads from the front. If you take pride in high-quality work, know how to run a crew, and can keep projects moving safely and efficiently, this is a role where your leadership truly matters.

You’ll work directly with Project Managers, Property Owners, and Subcontractors to bring commercial and agricultural construction projects from blueprint to completion. This is a working foreman position—leading the crew, solving problems on site, and staying actively involved in the work every day.
This isn’t just another foreman role. It’s a chance to lead real projects, work with a solid crew, and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and long-term growth. You’ll have steady work, strong support from management and ownership, and real opportunity to advance as you build your experience with us.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews across all project phases.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine work activities.
  • Assign tasks and ensure proper training, tools, and safe execution.
  • Perform hands-on construction work as needed, including use of tools and equipment.
  • Monitor job site conditions, materials, and progress to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure performance and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate daily progress and updates to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce all safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct and participate in safety meetings and required training.
  • Train crew members on equipment use, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical construction equipment as needed.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in commercial or agricultural construction is preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience supervising crews on active job sites.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lead while still performing hands-on construction work.

Pay & Benefits – We Invest in Your Skills
We believe experienced builders and strong leaders should be rewarded for the value they bring to the job site.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Profit sharing opportunities.
