Oversees on-site construction activities, including worker supervision, schedule management, material calculations, and quality control for a government-linked construction firm in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladesh site workers.
- Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works completed on time.
- Able to understand Architectural and structural drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
- Manage issues on site and resolve them
- Check quality of work
- Report to Site Supervisor on site matters and progress of work.
- Compliance to safe work procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Good communicative skills and be able to communicate with people of all levels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)
